There is nothing whatsoever wrong with anything else on my computer. This nforce installation results in win 8 saying there is no correct ethernet driver after doing a search with each driver I download from every concievable source. With the previous win xp pro, I had no such proble and I was able to solve this problem by installing Nvidia Nforce which comes with ethernet support for my cable connection via Time Warner my internet service supplier.
